For Observers - This section is generally for our volunteer weather observers. It contains:

• Application for Registration - Not all applicants will be accepted. It will be based on where additional information is needed in particular areas of the state but you can fill out the application online.
• Enter Data - Our on-line data entry pages that you will use to enter your precipitation data. For a description of how to use the on-line forms, check here!.
• Regional Coordinators - This is a list of current coordinators for each county involved in the project. Contact your coordinator if you have any questions.

• Maps - Here you have access to various maps of data and maps of our station locations.
• Reports - Data can be viewed in a variety of ways using the different reports available.

How To - Here you will find a variety of pages designed to help you become a better weather observer.

• Measure Precipitation - Contains detailed instructions on how to read the amount of precipitation in your rain gauge.
• Measure Snow - Contains detailed instructions on how to measure various aspects of snow including precipitation, snow depth, and core precipitation.
• Measure Hail - Contains detailed instructions on how to collect data during a hail storm.
